Somatic Awareness & Brain Pain Change
We use our executive (thinking) brain to learn a new language, cooking recipes, tennis lessons, etc. Somatic sensory is learning to be an observer to the body 'behind the firewall' of our thinking brain. It's understanding the 'body's red engine light' to a potential pain or discomfort. Michael will be intake past traumas and internal 'monkey mind' thoughts that may have up-regulated the nervous system, in which, may be contributing to some of the current chronic pain. This can be achieved with breath, Neurostim, craniosacral, guided imagery, body awareness, and visualization. The end result is to recalibrate the brain in sending pain signals.
