"Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness."
Choose to live a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from illness: it is a process of change and growth towards a mentally and physically healthy lifestyle. Massage therapy, myofascial therapy, cupping and craniosacral therapy are vital to your injury and sports recovery. Let alone, the ability to exhale from life's stressors is important ingredients to navigating our calmer minds.
I still enjoy to offer maintenance-phase, deep-tissue and myofascial massages.
Latest Addition to pain management: Michael purchased the latest technology in cold laser for reducing pain and inflammation. This Avant laser will be applied to specific areas for optimal benefits (a stand will hold laser while I focus on other areas). Visit https://www.healthline.com/health/cold-laser-therapy#purpose to learn more about this powerful addition to your quicker recoveries from injury.
The MPS Neurostim units have changed my practice. Neurostim Therapy is the world’s first integrative therapy developed exclusively to sympathetically DE-Regulate the ANS and fight chronic pain. The theoretical underpinnings of Neurostim Therapy are based on combining the “therapeutic pearls” of acupuncture, osteopathy, integrative dentistry, neural therapy with modern neurology and microcurrent.
Quite frankly, I would go to bat in saying the Neurostims can add more pliability to internal scar tissue more than anybody's myofascial work. (I say this being hubbled, as a passionate myofascial therapist)
So bring me those:
- knee replacements that don't have the ROM 6 months post-op
-trigger fingers that surgery didn't help (my favorite to work on)
-arthritic, rigid big toes
-abdominal surgery scars that restrict internal organs

We take pride with learning a new language, cooking recipes, tennis lessons, etc. Somatic sensory is learning to be an observer to the body. It's understanding the 'body's red engine light' to a possible future pain or discomfort. Michael will be interested in past traumas that may have up-regulated the nervous system, in which, may be contributing to some of the current chronic pain. This can be achieved with breath, craniosacral, guided imagery, body awareness, and visualization.
